If our board went out after 5 months, how many others had this happed to? We used this item 3-5 times per week and wouldn’t buy another one at this point. We really loved the item, before the board went out and very unacceptable response time for warranty issues.

We’ve also contacted Costco and after being transferred several times and told it was a store purchase (which meant online sales couldn’t assist us), we returned the item to Costco for full credit.
